New slide units/bearings throughout (every bearing replaced) //
All linear rails removed, cleaned like new and replaced/realigned/re-lubed //
New door hinges and gas shocks, upgraded from the original //
Recently replaced the collimator/beam expander lenses. //
Laser Tube was replaced in 2016, rated for 150w, actual ~200, software limit 190. //
Machine runs without issue. // Software requires Windows 7, win10 or later upgrade is possible but the Sentinel Software Key will need to be replaced at a cost of over $1,400, so I didn't bother. // My Win 7 machine isn't allowed to see the internet so it's not an issue. //
I can set up a PC with the software installed and tested for $300. //
I will include the chiller (S&A CW-6000) for $600 //
I have a Tripp Lite SU6000RT4UHV 6000VA 5400W UPS that I use for it's line conditioning (https://a.co/d/5GdQzir). I will include this unit for $2750 //
All prices are somewhat negotiable, but not by a huge amount. // This machine is a workhorse and will continue to output parts for years to come.
