Additional information:
I'm selling my 40W CO2 Deluxe Hobby Laser and its various peripherals. I paid $2475 when I bought it new. // I bought this laser to make things for an Etsy shop, but I am about to have a baby and I have too many other things happening in my life, so it is time to let it go. The engraving software runs on Windows XP, which sounds hilarious, but it still does the job. // I am including an old PC that goes with the laser, so that you can just plug it in and start cutting. There is also drafting software installed on the PC, which is pretty handy for this particular laser (Corel Draw, Illustrator, AutoCAD, Vectorworks; it is older software, but it works and has been very handy). // The laser power is 40 watts, which will let you engrave and cut wood, paper and cast acrylic (with proper ventilation). It can cut 1/8 inch thick plywood (no thicker) and 3mm acrylic. It can probably cut slightly thicker solid basswood and pine, but no more than 1/4 inch. It is also water-cooled, so you will need to fill the tank with 2.5 gallons of distilled water. // Cutting Area: 12" X 9" // Manual Z-axis focus // The engraver includes an extra, unused 40 watt CO2 tube that I purchased for it as an emergency backup for $400 (still in the box, unopened). // Everything included will enable you to turn this machine on and start engraving. // Laser engraver includes: Laser Engraver (of course), Air pump, Water pump, Protective goggles, Windows XP PC with engraving and drafting software, Keyboard and LCD screen/monitor (1920x1280), In-line exhaust fan to draw smoke/fumes outside, Smaller exhaust attached to engraver, 4 inch galvanized exhaust pipe, if you want it, with a Sintra board to place in window, Spare, unused 40 watt CO2 laser tube, 2.5 gallon plastic tank/tub for water, Wooden custom table for laser, computer, water tank, Metal grill cutting bed, Extra set of lenses, Cutting Materials: A box of 12"x12"x1/8 inch thick birch plywood sheets, Large stack of 9"x11" paperboard sheets for practice.
