- The Pinnacle M-Series has a 30Watt sealed CO2 Laser. This unit has a 25" x 18" (635mm x 457mm) work area, and will hold working pieces up to 31.5" wide (800mm), 22.4" long (570mm), and 6.5" thick (165mm), but there is a pass-through door for engraving items longer than 18 inches. Overall dimensions of the engraver are 44.3" wide, 28.3" deep, and 39.6" high, with an engraver table size of 31" x 20.9" (790mm x 530mm). The laser engrave drive is a DC servo motor for fine control, and has cutting speed control that is adjustable from 0.01 to 42 inch/second with up to 16 colors linked speed setting per job. Engraving speed control is adjustable from 3.0% to 100% with up to 16 colors linked speed setting per job, and the laser power is control adjustable from 0% to 100% with up to 16 colors linked power setting per job. Z axis moving is automatic, and the engraver can use resolutions in 200, 250, 300, 500, 600, and 1000 dpi ranges. The computer interface for the M-30 is through the printer port (LPT) and/or serial port (Comm). The Memory Buffer for the engraver is 16MB standard, but has been upgraded to 64MB with SIMM modules. This allows multiple file mode to be saves up to 100 files. The M-30 has a 4-line LCD display panel showing current file name, total working time, laser power, engrave speed, file loaded, setup and diagnostics. The engraver runs off of 100 - 240 VAC, 10-20 Amp, AC, and is air-cooled.
